Beyoncé and Jay-Z are the proud parents of a baby girl who was born saturday night in New York. There are varying reports of what they named her. E! News claims that Jay-Z named her Blue Ivy Carter, while TMZ is reporting it as Ivy Blue Carter. That's a very cute name, we'll find out soon how Jay really named her.
